We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Google Ads and similar third-party advertising platforms to promote our content and services.

4.1 How we use these platforms

  • To retarget previous visitors who did not complete an action, such as signing up for a webinar or downloading a resource

  • To measure ad performance and improve our campaigns

4.2 How Meta Pixel and Google remarketing work

Meta Pixel tracks visits to our Website and allows us to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Google Ads remarketing uses cookies to serve ads based on your past interactions with our Website.

5. Overseas Disclosure of Personal Information

We use a number of service providers to run the Website, process payments, send emails and host webinars. Some of these providers are based overseas, principally in the United States, which means your personal information may be handled or stored on servers outside Australia. Providers we currently

use include:

  • Systeme.io: our website, checkout, membership portal and email delivery platform (Ireland / European Union)

  • Meta: Facebook and Instagram advertising (United States)

  • Google: advertising and website analytics (United States)

  • Payment processors integrated with our checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal (United States)

We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including relying on their published privacy and security commitments.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to it being disclosed to these overseas recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, including relying on the security measures of our website, payment and email platforms.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Customer and billing records are kept for 7 years, in line with Australian tax record-keeping requirements

  • Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it

  • Website analytics and advertising data is retained according to the standard periods set by our analytics and ad platform providers

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or ensure it can no longer identify you.

  • If a session is being recorded, we will notify all participants in advance

11. Children's Personal Information

Our services are designed for parents and carers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where you share information about your child or teenager with us, for example during a coaching call, webinar Q&A or feedback, we use that information only to support you and do not publish it or use it for marketing without your explicit consent. If you become aware that

a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

  • Access and update: you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it

  • Opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information from our systems, subject to our legal and accounting obligations
