General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions made through the websites and payment pages of The

Conversation Toolkit (“we”, “us”, “our”). A “client” is any individual who places an order validated through our

secure payment platform.

Our products and services are intended for adults. We only accept clients aged 18 years or over. If we become aware

that a client does not meet this requirement, we will refund them in full and withdraw access to the product or

service concerned.

Placing an order through our website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of

sale.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the

prices shown. Prices may change at any time, however the price that applied at the time you placed your order is the

price you pay.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Secure online payment is processed through Stripe. Card details are

encrypted and are not accessible to us at any point. Responsibility for the security of the payment system rests with

Stripe.

Our products are delivered digitally. Access details (login information, downloads, or course access) are sent to the

email address you provide at checkout, generally within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. It is your

responsibility to ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you have not received access within 24

hours, contact us at selena@conversationtoolkit.com.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee across all products and services purchased through our checkout,

calculated from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email selena@conversationtoolkit.com within 30 days of

your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy

Principles. You have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. By providing your

email address to us, you consent to receiving emails containing information and offers relating to our products and

services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

These general conditions of sale, and all transactions referred to within them, are governed by the laws of New

South Wales, Australia.
